The models of the pipe-bending machines we manufactured are as following: W27Y model Hydraulic pipe-bending machines; W27YPC model Computer-controlled Hydraulic pipe-bending machines; W28k Model CNC pipe-bending machines; W28KS Model Double-Die Tridimentional CNC pipe-bending machines; W97Y Model Hydraulic End Facing Machines; W24 model Shape-steel 3- Roller pipe-bending machines; ZMC Model pipe-cutting machines, etc. There are total 7 series with more than 20 models of the machines manufactured in our company. They can bend the metal pipes and section steel with or without mandrel, or do the end facing work(expanding, reducing and flanging), or do rolling and cutting work at room temperature. The diameter of the pipes to be processed by our machines is φ3 －φ219 mm. Our machines are widely used in the field of Spaceflight and Aviation, Automobile, Shipbuilding, A/C, Furniture, Boiler, Machinery, Petrochemical, Decoration and Steel Structure Manufacturing!

For the models of W27Y and W27YPC series computer-controlled hydraulic pipe-bending machines, there are bending dies, clamp block, mandrel ball, booster and wiper assembled with and also the automatic cycle function. The electronics are centralized controlled. The bending angle is controlled by the Angle-controller. They are the economical and pragmatic machines.

For the models of W28K and W28KS series CNC pipe-bending machines and the double-die tridimentional CNC pipe-bending machines, there are the full-function settings installed inside for bending tridimentional tubes. When the program is put in, the whole bending cycle will be finished automatically. Menu selection on the touch screen is applied in the display and operating system. The hydraulic system, controlling system driving system and the displaying system all are imported from outside. They have the features of high precision, high efficiency and volume production.
